The booking process was easy and worked out as advertised. charter arrived on time and was ready to depart on schedule. I had some concern over the route taken because there were more direct alternatives but the driver was following GPS so must have been unfamiliar with the area. Because I waited so long to reserve the bus we had to take one bus to our destination and get another bus on the return. Not a big deal as long as you don't need to leave anything on the bus - which we didn't. I guess the only glitch was that the return bus was either gong to be slightly behind schedule or we would need to stop for refueling. Not realizing refueling means exiting the bus I opted for loading on time and refueling down the road - bad plan. Students waiting nearly half an hour in a gas station while a bus fuels up in the middle of the night is not something I will do again. I believe the bus should have been fully fueled before picking us up and able to do so on time. The overall experience was good and I would book again.
I used busbank for my event. We needed to have all of our guests meet the buses and then shuttle them to a softball field, wait for us during the ceremony, and then drop us off at our final destination for brunch. Honestly, it couldn't have been easier to set up and coordinate with the agents on the phone, they were very receptive and put me at ease. Buses were on time and I couldn't be happier with their service. Not to mention the big yellow school buses we used were an adorable novelty that we and our guests loved. All around smooth and easy and so reliable. Highly recommend..
