My family and I recently held our family reunion in Memphis, TN. I contacted several charter bus companies to get a quote for a 7 hour bus tour of the city. Some responded with quotes outside of our budget while others did not respond at all. Finally, I took a chance and contacted BusBank, a company that I found on the internet which was totally unfamiliar to me. I was a little reluctant given some of the negative responses on the internet. However, I was subsequently extremely pleased that I had chosen BusBank. The quote was reasonable. Service was outstanding - prompt, and professional. The charter bus looked new and the driver entertainingly narrated the tour. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for chartered bus service. In fact, my family will be using BusBank for our next family reunion in Nashville in 2017.
We've had a very positive experience in renting a full and mini coach busses from BURBANK two years in a row. Our sales rep Phil is welcoming and very responsive. The only negative I can think of is the lack of forward facing visibility specific to the mini coach bus which made it difficult to get a clear sense of our whereabouts as it relates to our tour itinerary.

The service was absolutely fantastic, the buses showed up early and all of the drivers were so kind. Everything happened according to plan, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the turn out!
