This was my first time chartering a bus. I had a school bus pick up my friends in the city to drive out to the suburbs. There were a few bumps in the road (no pun intended): the driver took a wrong route going, I was about to be charged an unwarranted fee, and I wasn't told the route before the trip even though I asked for it. Despite these challenges, BusBank's wonderful customer service made it right. They gave me a free extra hour for my charter to make up for the route problems, and they took away the fee with one simple phone call. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to transport a large number of people.

The planning end went flawlessly with no aggravation when updating time changes. Once we met our drivers, we knew we were in for an excellent few days of teamwork and support that made them feel like an extension of our trip coordination and not just pre-programmed 'drivers.' Both had ongoing suggestions to ease our transitions and were a true joy to spend time with. I enthusiastically recommend this company and will use it again for group travel.
BusBank service was amazing.. I was worried a little about trying this new place online. I booked the bus for my cub scouts event. I was hesitant and just wanted everything to be perfect. It was just like as Scott said. The bus driver showed up early and was there before I was. He was so warm and friendly. The scouts were all excited about riding the bus. Everything was perfect... We had a round trip corporate event scheduled (Three hours each way). The driver in the morning drove erratic and weaved in and out of traffic. So much so, she got pulled over by the police. When I notified BusBank and requested a new driver for the return portion of the trip, they were great. They responded immediately to my concern and addressed it without a second thought. A new driver was ready to go when our meeting convened. Even though we had an issue in the beginning, how they handled our concerns and requests will have me coming back the next time I need their service.
