I was able to tell them what I was trying to accomplish and they helped me with the rest. I needed a bus to take my family in to trips to downtown to go on the Double Decker Tour. The only thing I would suggest, is to allow more time for the driver to get to his next job so he is not so in a rush because the tours downtown delayed the group from getting back to the bus on time. The driver was not obligated to stay but he stayed and brought the group back.
I had a last minute need for a bus and the staff was wonderful in getting the date and bus set up. The bus was cool (it was crazy a crazy hot summer day), the driver was very professional, and he drove the bus extremely well. I would highly recommend this company for any bus needs.
I had multiple locations to pick people up for my bid day. Coordinating that was a little difficult. However, once we had that figured out it worked out very well. The drivers were timely and got all of my guests to in from my event venue safely. They did a great job.
Our Bus was more than 30 minutes late. We were able to get to our 1st drop off with extremely little time to spare. The 2nd drop was OK but still for the type of event the group of passengers needed much more time at this drop off. I will do business with BusBank in the future because this bad experience has never been the Norm in the past.
The bus drivers for ACHE's Summer outing were great. They arrived in earlier than expected, which worked out well, and were great to work with. I would be pleasure to use BusBank and their drivers for our next Holiday outing and future summer outings. Thank you.
We have used BusBank several times over the past few years and have always experienced very professional drivers that are on time and have very clean buses.
