We hired BusBank to transport a group of employees for a training out of state, and they were wonderful. They were on time, the bus was clean and comfortable and the driver was great (Martinez). Our event was over a little earlier than expected and customer service (Scott) was great at helping us contact the driver. Overall a really great experience, and I would highly recommend them.
I reserved a 28 passenger bus for our Private Event. The account executive who assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions along the way. He (Phil May) was very responsive, honest and candid. The bus driver was extremely nice and kept me aware of his whereabouts at all times. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others in search of bus services.
