The folks behind the scenes at BusBank are easy to work with and prompt with communication. The contract and payment portion were easy and painless. Our driver, Larry, was very nice and got everyone to where they needed to be on time. He also made an extra trip at the end of the night because we had too many people that would fit on the bus. The whole booking process was so seamless and efficient. The account executive (Daniel Weed) was very courteous and responded promptly to all email enquiries and was very accommodating to changing priorities. This is very important when arranging any event and it removes the stress of having to worry about administrative headaches. The coach was clean and the driver was very courteous and polite. He was very flexible to our needs and was very prompt with every aspect of our journey. I had initial concerns of paying all the money upfront with no guarantee of any service apart from an invoice. However, Daniel alleviate any concerns I may have had and provided assurance of the service. I had a pleasant experience, and would certainly use Bus Bank again. More so, I would recommend this to anyone. An easy and efficient way of booking transportation for a group of people for any occasion.
Our initial bus company was unable to accommodate us last minute. The day before the event to be exact. The Bus Bank was able to accommodate my group last minute and was so kind and helpful the entire process through. Rudy was patient with me and got us exactly what we needed.
