My organization rented out several deluxe coach buses for a 10 hour trip and we couldn't have been happier. The drivers were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. The buses were in excellent condition and very nice to ride in. Above all else was the customer service I received when making the reservation. The Bus Bank representative, Scott Hood, was nothing but excellent in his service. He was friendly, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond in getting our reservation and proposals put together. Mr. Hood's commitment to going the extra mile for us is why we will most definitely be using Bus Bank in the future.
I had a large event yesterday (over 500 people) and had our original transportation drop out on us last minute (a week before event). I called you guys in a panic and you were amazing to work with. I worked primarily with Dan Weed (who was amazing). It was a bit of a complicated itinerary, pickups from 5 locations (which the first company couldn't figure out, gave a wrong quote, and then spent to weeks NOT fixing it, only to let me know that they made the quote, but that doesn't mean they can secure buses, this was a week before event). Within a couple of hours of calling BusBank, Dan had the buses booked for us (and in the meantime, the original bus company replied that they could "probably" get us 5 of the 12 requested buses..) Last minute, the day before the event, we got a request for 2 more buses, which Dan secured immediately. I can't begin to say how great it was to work with you guys. Great experience from top to bottom. I was on the phone with problem solvers, not just salespeople, in each instance where I've needed transportation for large groups to multiple venues. We've even been able to request repeat drivers. I love these guys, never expected renting bus charters to be so pleasant.
This is the 2nd time I've chartered a bus through BusBank for a business meeting. I received Kudos from corporate because they couldn't find a better deal. I've found the buses to be nice and comfortable. The drivers are courteous, dependable and on time.
I would recommend busbank. Although our driver needed a "pep talk" before shuttling my bridal party around, our mini coach was beyond our expectations. We were skeptical that we did not get to see the exact bus before it arrived, but rolled the dice and ended up having a great night. I will use busbank again in the future.
