BusBank is awesome. Philip May has been so helpful and accommodating. Prices are always competitive and they managed to find us a bus even on a busy holiday weekend. Never have any worries about the quality of the bus company hired. They do the vetting for us.
We had a very safe and reliable bus driver. I was very disappointed, however, that the bus we received did NOT have Wifi and there also was no dvd player on the bus. I was told via email that both Wifi and and dvd player would be included.
Superior service. Busbank emailed the day ahead, and it was easy to text with the driver. The driver was on time, friendly and courteous. They even upgraded our bus size on our return trip at no charge. A hassle-free experience. I highly recommend this transportation to anyone.
