Very easy to coordinate and book travel. On the day of travel, the bus was very clean, the drive was early and had all of the travel details. All my team had to do was board the bus and enjoy the trip. Highly recommend and looking forward to using BusBank again. Overall, great price and service.
I found the staff very helpful and cordial in booking the bus, and the process went very smoothly. The street the bus was supposed to pick us up on was closed off that morning, and the driver called us to arrange an alternate location. Good price, good experience.
We ordered at short notice due to another company cancelling. Scott couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring. Buses were lovely, on time and the company was so helpful when we had to change one of the pick up times for one of our three journeys. This is the second year in a row that we've used Bus Bank. Both times we worked with Lee. Lee was very helpful and communicative. The bus service that Bus Bank connected us with was terrific and our driver this year was THE BEST ever. With 36 teens on the bus it takes a special kind of person. At the end of our trip every one of our teens wanted to take a picture with our bus driver. He was as much a part of our tour as anyone else.
