The trip was great. Last minute, I realized that the bus was WIFI compatible. It would have been appreciated if our driver had mentioned it at some point of our trip. We also had a slight problem with the USB ports, and that we had no power going to our phones to charge on the way to and from. We had a moment of charge, but it had cut out randomly and didn't come back. But all in all, our driver was nice and professional.
Got screwed at the last minute by a different bus company (Prompt Charters) and was scrambling to find a replacement for a trip I had planned for my fraternity. Found BusBank, and the customer service was incredible. Helped me out with getting a bus, very quick to respond to emails and were very helpful in general. Also gave a better price than the previous company. Rudy Ortiz was especially helpful, thank you so much and I would definitely recommend BusBank to anyone.
I don't actually know where to start with how fantastic this company was to work with. When I first started trying to book a bus for my big day I met several dead ends and was starting to stress that I wouldn't be able to transport my people from venue to hotel safely. Busbank was easy to work with, accommodating, and slightly less or on par with other vendors of this sort. I originally thought I could save money and only rent one bus and then realized at the last minute I lived in an alternate reality and that would be a disaster. Thankfully, Busbank was able to give me another bus with no questions asked less than a week before my big day. I don't have enough good things to say about this company.
