We had a great experience with Bus Bank. Our company of 21 people did a fun outing to a golf course and hired a school bus to take us. The driver was courteous and got us to all of our destinations safely and on time. We had to change our destinations a few times prior to the rental day, but Bus Bank was very accommodating with our changes. We will definitely use Bus Bank again for future outings.
I was researching charter Bus Companies for a staff event, and was 98% confirmed with another company. But something told me to look at their customer reviews. The reviews for the company were pretty dismal -- some as recent as the week that I was doing my research. I went with BusBank because their customers wrote glowing reviews about them.
We had an overall good experience with Bus Bank. However, the bus drove up the driveway of our venue and into the cocktail hour area of my big event. I think a more experienced driver would have just pulled to the end of the driveway rather than trying to make a round about in the middle of our backyard event... Guests were confused as to what was happening as was everyone else. Hopefully next time the driver will learn from this. other than that, it was a good experience.
