The process of booking was so easy and communicative. Philip May was so helpful and thoughtful. One of the buses we rented had no AC but the driver profusely apologized and contacted the company asap. Another bus we rented was about 30 minutes late but she was given the wrong address by the dispatcher and the wrong time, so I don't blame her at all. All drivers were professional and kind.
Our overnight stay in Gettysburg was a fun time for all involved, and a big part of the reason is because of our amazing driver Darrick. On time always, kind, helpful, understanding and patient, his good nature helped to make it a memorable event for our students. Whether it was driving the bus in an expert manner, hauling luggage from under the bus, helping to pass out snacks or going out after hours because someone "forgot to take their money with them," his cheerful demeanor was unflagging and a joy to work with. We cannot say enough good things about him.
Our drivers were terrific, and as a customer of BusBank for a number of years, I was not surprised. I have always had highly professional, proficient drivers. And the people that work with me to charter have been a big help, even when I am not as timely as I could be in communicating.

The bus drivers were so helpful, patient and on time. They did not rush, they found a faster route home in the midst of major traffic and they were so polite. The buses were clean and cool. Upper management Phil was amazing as well and assisted with the entire process. Will be using them again.
