Here at The BusBank, we often forget chartering a bus is not a frequent thing for everyone. It can be easy for us, as charter bus experts, to overlook the fact that not everyone has the same or similar knowledge about charter bus pricing, and the different options available.
Thankfully, every time we hire new employees, it reminds us to go back to the basics about chartering a bus. We recently hired a new employee and here are a couple of her top questions about bus charters along with the answers.
-
- Q: How far in advance do I have to book a bus?
A: We typically request that people book a bus as far in advance as possible. However, we understand circumstances arise that something is needed at the last minute or in an emergency. This is why we set up our on call 24/7 service.
- Q: Can I charter a type of vehicle from another state if it is not available in my city? For example, can I book a trolley anywhere?
- A: As we have the largest operator network in the United States, we are likely able to find you a bus within your vicinity. If the charter bus type you are looking for isn’t available, we are always willing to bring in equipment from anywhere to fit your group’s needs. However, it is not always ideal to bring in buses from too far outside your area as it does increase costs.
