If you have the stomach for it, try out both places and you decide what’s best.
Another monument to stop by while in the city is Independence Hall. This is where two of the most important documents in American History were debated and created. Both the Declaration of Independence as well as the United States Constitution where crafted here and the place still has an aura about it.
Philadelphia is easily accessible by a tour bus and can be reached within a couple hours from many major cities. Taking a Charter bus out of New York to Philadelphia takes only three hours and it is only two hours from Washington, Dc. making it a great place to visit if you are on the East Coast. Traveling from the Midwest takes a bit longer but can easily be combined with visiting other great cities easily.
