Used Bus Bank to shuttle guests from venue to venue and event to event without any issues. I’d highly recommend their services as they’re competitively priced and service was great.
Great trip.. Our driver was on time for the trip in a white bus, which I had requested if available. There were 23 GT fans and speaking for the group "THE TRIP WAS EXACTLY AS WE HAD HOPED FOR" travel to and from the Game on 09/19/2015. We had the bus for 10 hours and the trip back was somber, but our driver Carter pointed out views of the Chicago skyline and lake views that were spectacular and lightened our mood .. Leading up to the trip, planning started in Januray, Dan Weed the account executive was excellent with planning and detail.. Will reccommend Bus Bank to everyone except UGA FANS ...just kidding..excellent service. A+...
I work at a high school in Chicagoland. Every fall we take our seniors on a bus trip to look at college campuses and to encourage them to jump start the application process. This year the company I had originally booked backed out on me three days before the trip. I thought we'd have to cancel, but BusBank came through and we were able to carry on with the trip as planned. The only reason this isn't a five star review is because the drivers weren't sure of directions, despite them having the addresses for where they were going. They had to rely on chaperones and students using their own cell phones to guide them to the campuses. Other than that, BusBank delivered exactly what I expected, and I was very happy with their service.
I looked up bus services in the Pittsburgh area online for the intent of transporting our large group of event guests in town from two other states to and from the event. We were concerned both with people getting lost in an unfamiliar city, and people enjoying cocktails and not having to drive afterwards. So I booked with BusBank after reading positive reviews. I was slightly concerned because their letterhead did not look that official to me, and the office personnel were professional, just not that warm. As the event approached, I started getting nervous as this business was based out of Chicago and not locally in Pittsburgh. Was it a scam? When someone told me that the bus was outside the hotel exactly where and when it was supposed to be, I felt relieved. When I boarded the bus, I was greeted by a very friendly and courteous driver, "Ed". He was everything we could ask for in a friendly and helpful driver. We had two stops at two hotels and numerous trips (bride and bridesmaids, groom and groomsmen a little later, and finally two trips for our guests...) He was flexible on the return to accommodate our needs there as well. I shouldn't have worried...Bus Bank was perfect for our needs and our driver was EXCELLENT, and the bus was sparkling clean. Thanks Bus Bank.
My office utilized Busbank for transportation to a company event from IND>CHI. Our driver Tom was fantastic and did everything necessary to make our schedule work as we wanted it to. Lee was our representative from BusBank who was very prompt in communicating and was on top of everything. The only thing I would have changed would have been to have had a nicer/newer bus. It was a bit older, but nothing terrible. Thanks to Lee and Tom for having 5-star customer-service.
