Over the past few years The BusBank realized that group transportation to events is stagnate, getting to and from your favorite event was not easy, safe or cost effective. The Team here attended a variety of music festivals, concerts, and sporting events and while in attendance we were constantly thinking of ways to provide better transportation to these events.
Getting to these events caused quite the headache. Paying expensive parking, finding a designated driver, trying to not get lost, all took a toll on the driver and the group. It took a lot of energy out of the beginning of each event.
After speaking to some friends and customers in the event space, we found that they too shared some of the same concerns. Their main concerns were:
- Limited parking spaces available at venues and sites
- Wanting to be more eco-friendly than having loads of cars on the road
- Eliminating drivers who are under the influence
All of these concerns led The BusBank to create The FestDrive Division. This brand new addition to The BusBank will be spearheaded by Andrew Ripani. In the past Andrew has held the position of Director of sales, but now will be taking the reins on growing The FestDrive Division. Joining Andrew in this endeavor will be Mark LaRocca, a Senior Account Executive with a passion for attending these types of events. Together the two of them will be working with festival producers, as well as festival goers to create the best experience possible.
The BusBank could not be more excited to get The FestDrive Division in motions.
