We had a conference 4+ hours away from most folks attending so we contracted a coach bus and never regretted it. Our attendees and passengers on the bus were able to enjoy the scenic view of the fall foliage and socialize during the drive to and from the conference. The driver was exceptional and assisted all passengers with their luggage and bags, boarding and disembarking.

Not at all because of the drivers, we had some problems. They couldn't park the buses where we had planned, because there were cars parked there. The drivers easily found a place to park (big buses.) very close by. We needed to change the boarding schedule a little, and they were very flexible. We needed to have them pick up the guests later than planned after the event. So I telephoned one of the drivers and everything was fine, even though the guests started boarding the bus even 20 minutes after I had told the drivers. Very professional, very competent, pleasant, etc.
Drivers arrived on time and were most patient with delayed arrival of our guests. Got us to our destination in a timely manner despite rush hour traffic. On time pick up and willingness to reroute per our request. Buses were clean and comfortable.
I contacted BusBank the week before our event when many other companies either charged too much or had no bus available. They were able to find me a mini-coach for the date I wanted. The bus driver was very courteous and provided awesome service.
We used Busbank to transport our guests from the hotel to the ceremony and reception and also, we had it make a few trips back again, later in the evening. We used a yellow school bus and the guests thought it was awesome. Busbank was easy to work with, the bus was on time, and it worked out really well for the number of guests that ended up using the bus transportation option (about 40-45). I highly recommend this company.
