I had a fantastic experience with BusBank. Firstly, Dan Weed was extremely helpful on the phone.. He helped plan for the size of bus and was always friendly and available for phone / email questions. On the day of, the bus driver was very kind and accommodating. We had BusBank after hours phone numbers for any questions on the weekend and the contact info for the driver. The bus was very professional looking and all guests had a wonderful and safe trips.

The only problem we had was that one of the Coaches went to the wrong address. Turns out that it was my fault - I had given them an old address. The fun part was that I noticed when our driver started to take the wrong exit and corrected him so we went to the proper facility. The owners of the company we were going to were on the other bus and were clueless as to the error.
Wonderful, professional staff from beginning bid process to the end. Courteous driver! Clean bus!
