We were looking for a limo/bus service for transportation for our big event. We were looking for a roughly a 26 passenger bus that would take our party to an from where we needed to go, and work like a shuttle bus to and from the hotel throughout the night. Looking up companies, I couldn't believe how reasonable and how smooth sailing the process was. The sales rep we worked with was amazing. Their customer service was great; always emailed me when I requested them to let me know they received their check in the mail. Our bus driver was excellent. He was open to directions since we are from the area. He went the route we said which saved time, didn't mind stopping anywhere along the way. I have already given his card out and am bragging to people how amazing BusBank is. I would definitely use them again and will keep spreading their name.. They were early/on time the whole night and honestly, that was what I was most worried about and they were on point..
We had a great experience with Busbank. They ended up bringing to large buses, instead of one large bus and one small bus as we originally scheduled. Not sure if this was just to be nice, or if it was a mix-up, but it worked out okay for us. :) Would've liked a head's up to bring audio cords for iphones to plug into the buses. Also, at the end of the night, the bartenders forgot to put the alcohol in our buses, which was a bit of a disaster for our after-party. Wasn't the fault of the bus company of course, but we did beg them to run us back over to the big day event venue to grab all of the alcohol (obviously we offered to pay for the extra half hour), but they were not willing to do it. Overall they arrived on time and their communication was very good. So no complaints.
Everything was excellent except we had a little issue with the bathroom but the bus driver was exceptional cooperative he took care of that immediately once he was advised also BusBanks representative keep you informed and everything was on point l would definitely use this company again again thank you for a wonderful trip
