easy way to charter a bus! ® ) is committed to protecting your
privacy.
We provide this notice to explain our online information practices and the
choices you can make about the way information is collected and used. We will
only use the information we collect for the purposes of providing you with a
more personalized and useful bus charter experience. At no time will we sell,
trade or rent your personal information to third parties.
How The BusBank Uses the Information It Collects
There will be times when we will ask you for personal information. In order to
ensure the integrity of your personal information, all of your data is stored
in our secure databases.
Registration
By registering with The BusBank, you can take advantage of our unique,
personalized features and services. Upon registering, you may be asked to
provide your name, e-mail address, a unique password, birthday, gender, postal
code and country. This information is collected for personal identification
and it allows you access to your own account and various BusBank features,
including personalized folders to store all of your charter transaction
information. Additionally, this information allows us to comply with the
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), ensuring that registered
users of The BusBank are 13 years of age or older.
Request for Quote (RFQ)
You may request that The BusBank provide you with free charter rental estimates
and additional information by submitting a RFQ. Registration with The BusBank
is not required to utilize this service. To process your quote request, The
BusBank will require that you submit your contact information, including your
name, e-mail address, phone number, postal code and country and a detailed
description of your travel group and its bus transportation requirements. You
may also choose to provide optional travel information such as your street
address, city, state or province, preferred contact method, etc. This
additional information allows us to gain further insight into your charter
needs and to reach you via mail in the event that we cannot reach you via phone
or e-mail.
Your Phone Number
The BusBank will respond to your RFQ by telephone, usually within 24 hours,
which is why your phone number is required to complete the RFQ. If you choose
not to disclose this information, our quote can be mailed or faxed to you.
Please call us to set up this service.
Contests
When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your
name, address, phone number or e-mail address so that we can administer the
contest and notify winners. Additionally, you may be able to choose whether you
would like to receive further communications from The BusBank. Participation in
these contests and promotions is completely voluntary and you therefore have a
choice whether or not to disclose this information.
Online Surveys
We value opinions and comments from BusBank customers, and you may have the
opportunity to give us your feedback through online surveys. In conducting
these surveys, we may ask for your name, address, or e-mail address so that we
can appropriately identify you. Survey information collected will be aggregated
and used to make improvements to our web site, service and general offerings.
Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a
choice whether or not to disclose this information.
Customer Reviews
When you submit a charter review to share with fellow travelers, you have the
choice of providing your e-mail address for others to contact you directly
about the charter. This is entirely optional; you are not required to give your
e-mail address in order to submit a customer review. You can delete your e-mail
address from a charter review at any time by contacting The BusBank.
Charter Stories
When you recount your experience with The BusBank and submit it for inclusion
in our Charter Stories section, you will be required to enter your name and
e-mail address in addition to the text. You will also be asked whether you wish
to permit The BusBank to publish your story online. If you do not provide this
permission, The BusBank will not publish your story. Submission of Charter
Stories is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not
to disclose this information.
Send This Page to A Friend
BusBank visitors can choose to request that a page on The BusBank site be sent
to another person. When you elect to do this, you will be required to enter
your e-mail address, the receiver's e-mail address and text of the message that
will go to the receiver. This will generate a preformatted e-mail message that
will go from you to the receiver's e-mail box with your message embedded in the
text of the e-mail. Send This Page to A Friend is completely voluntary and you
therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

The BusBank website contains links to other partner sites. Please be aware that
The BusBank is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.
We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the
privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally
identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information
collected by this website.
Cookies

When you reserve or purchase a charter through The BusBank, we provide the
charter operator with only the information about you that you have provided to
us during the booking processes in order to ensure the successful fulfillment
of your charter arrangements. If you elect to share your information with The
BusBank partners when registering with The BusBank by checking the appropriate
opt-in box, we may choose to provide your information only to select partners.
If you have not elected to share this information with The BusBank partners, we
will not provide your information to partners (with the exception of strategic
affiliate partners as listed below) or any other third parties.
Whether or not you have elected to share your information with The BusBank
partners when registering with The BusBank, The BusBank may share your data in
some cases with strategic affiliate partners. The BusBank does not receive any
compensation (monetary or otherwise) for providing this information. The
BusBank strategic affiliate partners are forbidden from disclosing personal
information to any party who might market products or services, or contact you
for any purpose, other than the provision of the specific services requested by
you when visiting The BusBank's or our strategic partners' sites. The BusBank
will only share information if you originally came to The BusBank's website
through a direct link on a partner site.
Safeguards To Protect the Loss, Misuse or Alteration of Your Information
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' personal information.
When users submit sensitive information via the site, your information is
protected both on and offline. All information you provide to The BusBank
online is stored on a secure database on The BusBank's server. We also do
everything in our power to protect user information offline. Access to all of
our users' information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need
the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a
customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable
information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and
privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added or

importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers'

The BusBank's data security procedures are audited on an annual basis by an
external consulting firm. All results of this audit process trigger security
changes and enhancements to ensure the highest level of security achievable.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post notice of a privacy
policy update on our website so that our users may view our updated policy on

at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of e-mail. Users will
