We're not brokers. We're not just a reservation service. We are transportation
and event specialists with local knowledge of bus availability, bus quality,
the best routes, and seasonal events that impact bus transportation in hundreds
of markets - thousands of cities - across North America. By working with
independent operators rather than owning buses, we maintain the flexibility to
create customized group transportation solutions that fit the specific needs of
the customer and situation. Many customers think of us as their group and event

We are staffed to serve customers 24/7. To our
knowledge, we are the only company of our kind that has 24/7 Customer Care with
every charter.

Our Charter Bus Specialists engage customers
online and over the phone, depending on the preference of the customer. Each
charter movement is assigned an Account Executive and Quality
Assurance Specialist. We manage the process from planning to departure and
continue to stand by for any needs during travel and at the event. We’re also
readily available after the event. Satisfied customers are our commitment with
every charter we arrange.

advanced processes and proprietary technology to deliver increasingly superior
